3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-ordered equipment
• Used or modified equipment
• Parts and accessories with broken seals
• Special order items

4. Restocking Fees

• 15% for new, unused equipment
• 30% for used equipment
• 45% for modified equipment
• Additional fees may apply for special handling

5. Warranty Claims

• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Warranty claims require inspection documentation
• Warranty coverage varies by product
• Labor and shipping costs not included in warranty

6. Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 10 business days after inspection
• Original payment method will be used for refund
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Installation and service fees are non-refundable
